These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platforms operated by Athens Innovation and Development LLC ("Athens Innovation," "we," "us," or "our"), including FitLogs.AI, SOSLogs, SuchAPain, InfraCRM, IsItFromHere, and AIDreamRecorder. By using any of our platforms, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, texting our SMS numbers, or using any of our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platforms.
2. SMS Consent
By texting our SMS numbers or registering via our web platforms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Athens Innovation and Development LLC. These messages include service responses, confirmations, AI-generated insights, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out will disable SMS functionality for your account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our platforms. By using our platforms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Our platforms are intended for use in the United States.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our platforms to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit harmful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated means to interact with our SMS systems without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Our platforms including FitLogs.AI and SuchAPain provide AI-generated responses based on information you submit. These responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Athens Innovation is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of our platforms.
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain platform features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Athens Innovation reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platforms are owned by Athens Innovation and Development LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athens Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@sinkorserve.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
